Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a warehouse team of about 20, driving safety, quality, and performance while delivering on financial targets. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and monitor KPI metrics such as 4DX and facility scorecards to meet business objectives.

You will apply continuous improvement methodologies, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to sustain the customer promise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse managerial experience.
• Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and grow leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and act on improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategy and drive safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead and grow a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new resources.
• Coach and manage field performance and conduct leadership development.
