DHL Supply Chain in the United States seeks a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a large warehouse operation. You will guide a team of Supervisors, drive safe and efficient practices, and implement processes that optimize throughput and service levels.

The role emphasizes coaching, labor planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and site leadership to hire top talent and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required).
• 1+ years logistics industry experience (required).
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (required).
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Take proactive measures to uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates for transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive customer satisfaction.
