Job summary

DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics, seeks a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to ensure smooth warehouse operations nationwide. You will lead a diverse team, optimize workflows, and uphold health and safety standards while driving performance.

You will collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring, partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer orders, and report KPIs to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports; foster inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardized processes and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors and top talent alignment.
