Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience required.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs (productivity, accuracy) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates for transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt fulfillment of customer orders.
• Address customer concerns proactively to achieve high customer satisfaction.
