Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehouse team and optimize daily operations. You will drive process improvements, safety, and performance across multiple facilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include coaching Supervisors, workflow optimization, and KPI reporting. The role requires at least 2 years in management and 1+ years in logistics, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors and talent selection.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and achieve high customer satisfaction.
