Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead warehouse operations, drive process improvements, and build a high‑performing team. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cost management in a large logistics network.

You will collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring, monitor KPIs, and work with cross‑functional partners to ensure on‑time order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year logistics industry experience required.
• 2 years supervisory or management experience required.
• P&L management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors, coaching and supporting a culture of inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity, accuracy, and other metrics to guide decisions.
• Foster open communication across leadership and staff to promote alignment and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
