My Sister’s House is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational systems, financial administration, payroll, grants payments, people operations, facilities, technology support, and vendor relationships.

This on-site leadership role supervises the Office Manager and a part-time Database Manager, partnering with the CEO and external accounting resources to safeguard controls and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in nonprofit operations, finance administration, or related settings.
• Proven payroll administration, grants payments, and internal controls experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, payroll inputs, grant payment packages, and month-end close.
• Coordinate audits, reporting, and board financial materials with leadership and external partners.
• Lead operations workflow design across finance, people ops, facilities, and technology.
