Qualifications

• Alignment to mission and organizational values.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Philanthropy experience in the DMV region or transferable operations leadership.
• Commitment to life-long learning.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical event coordination and vendor coordination experience.
• Experience managing nonprofit accounts and foundational finances, including tax/banking documentation.
• Nonprofit board or community volunteering experience.
