Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Alabama is seeking a site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, oversee KPI achievement, and ensure inventory integrity. The role emphasizes budgeting, process improvement, and the development of direct reports to build a strong operations team.

You will partner with safety, HR, and engineering to implement best practices, control costs, and advance a culture of safety and efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including KPI achievement and inventory integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement and employee development of direct reports.
• Budgeting and financial management for areas of responsibility.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with safety, HR, and engineering.
• Review reports and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
