Kenco Logistics in Covington, GA is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, drive KPI achievement, ensure inventory integrity, and lead staff development. You will work with supervisors and leads to meet productivity goals and implement network best practices.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with safety, HR, and engineering to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Kenco Operating System (KOS) and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility and KPI achievement.
• Manage inventory integrity, budget and financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Lead and develop direct reports; train, supervise and evaluate performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements.
