• Oversees overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and holds teams accountable.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and create improvement plans for the function.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for projects.
