Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee budgetary and people development at the Fulfillment Center.

You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff, and balance operational excellence with leadership growth across the FC. Responsibilities include driving Lean initiatives, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution
• Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Leads quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to boost efficiency
• Oversees safety, quality and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance
• Leverages managers to create improvement plans and share best practices across shifts and departments
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers for resources and support
• Drives Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plans
