Qualifications

• 4+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, operations or logistics.
• Lean or Six Sigma with process mapping and redesign experience.
• Strong collaboration and ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Leadership experience building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analytical capability to interpret data and implement solutions.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop sturdy, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership, and discover opportunities to enhance the warehousing productivity.
• Command a senior presence and build a large team of high-performing, diverse & dynamic team consisting of Operations Managers, supervisors and achievement center workers.
• Drive introduction of great initiatives, process change projects and other Lean projects to allow their functional area and the achievement center to meet and exceed business plans.
• Partner closely with a range of company-wide functions, including transportation, statistical integration, warehousing, stock planning, engineering and others, to coordinate functional tasks.
• Monitor and drive key service-level metrics for fulfillment to ensure outstanding customer experience and reliable delivery.
• Contribute to the development of new tools, tactics and methods that make our teams more efficient and effective.
• Support operational strategy and innovation to align with business goals for sales, operational performance and profitability.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using effective communication and thorough compliance.
• Set up sound procedure-development tasks that foster continuous improvement, streamline and optimize everyday operations.
• Regularly communicate performance traits and upgrades to senior leaders and management.
• Ensure overall protection, performance and customer satisfaction of the achievement center operations.
