Qualifications

• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Set clear expectations for Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Foster idea generation across teams and translate into improvement plans.
• Share best practices across departments and shifts.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
