Qualifications

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline and 2 years of relevant management/engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in same fields and 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in relevant roles.
• 2 years of management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations and area managers; coach performance and build leadership bench strength.
• Oversee labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning for outbound or inbound operations.
• Drive lean initiatives and quality improvements to meet business plans and optimize processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, performance and customer experience in inbound or outbound operations.
• Staffing lifecycle involvement including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, facilities, safety, IT and other senior managers for resources and project support.
