BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership development program. You will rotate through plasma centers nationwide, traveling extensively while learning to manage operations and drive superior donor experiences.

The program emphasizes leadership growth, cross-location collaboration, and rapid career progression toward Plasma Center Operations Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• The expedited training program lasts approximately six months; after completion you have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, provide performance feedback, and support staff development, planning and recruiting.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager by networking, building relationships, and opening new plasma centers.
