Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development during six‑month accelerated training.
• Team management: motivate and develop a diverse team and recruit staff.
• Career advancement toward Plasma Center Operations Manager through training and networking across BioLife centers.
• Supportive teamwork in a fast‑paced environment with senior management oversight.
• Exceptional customer service: retain donors and support production as needed.
• Travel across the country to network with BioLife teams and learn the business.
