Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to develop into a Plasma Center Operations Manager. The program includes extensive leadership training and hands-on experience across BioLife centers nationwide, with relocation after program completion.

Travel up to 95% is expected during training, followed by a regional deployment. The role targets individuals with strong team leadership, adaptability, and a drive for accelerated career growth within a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of the Trainee Program
• Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers
• Travel up to 95% to learn the business and network with leaders
• Move into a Plasma Center Operations Manager role and relocate as needed
• Provide operational support and mentorship to center teams
• Support donor care and production activities as needed
