BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its advanced leadership program. You will rotate through plasma centers nationwide, travel up to 95%, and prepare for accelerated growth toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation after completion.

This role emphasizes hands-on learning, team leadership, and customer service excellence as you network with senior leaders and help run high‑volume centers.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after trainee program; choose preferred location.
• 3-5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs, occasionally 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, hearing equipment from distance.
• 90% of tasks require glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens exposure.

Responsibilities

• Six‑month expedited training; 12 months to Plasma Center Manager role with hands‑on learning and mentorship.
• Lead and develop a diverse team; provide feedback, conduct reviews, recruit and retain staff.
• Progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager; network and build cross‑center relationships.
• Provide operational support and leadership in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Retain donors with exceptional service; assist with production as needed.
• Travel across the country; network with BioLife teams and return home every other weekend.
