Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership program. You will travel to plasma centers across the country, participate in an accelerated training track, and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with eventual relocation options.

The role emphasizes development of leadership, team-building, and operations management skills in a regulated, donor-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program; you will select preferred location.
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift; valid driver's license for duration of program.
• Willingness to travel and work across BioLife locations; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens; safety protocols followed.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: Six-month expedited training with 12 months to reach Plasma Center Manager.
• Team Management: foster a positive environment, provide feedback, conduct reviews, hire and retain staff.
• Career Advancement: progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager; opportunities to open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: work in fast-paced environment, provide operational support, escalate issues.
