Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a Fast-paced leadership program. You will travel nationwide (up to 95%) while developing skills to become a Plasma Center Operations Manager through hands-on training and mentoring across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willing to travel 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Able to walk/stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver's license for the duration of the program.
• Willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team across plasma centers as part of the trainee program.
• Participate in six-month expedited training with mentorship.
• Advance to Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking and performance.
• Support operations and donor service in a fast-paced environment.
