Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a structured leadership development program that spans Plasma centers nationwide. You will travel up to 95% while gaining hands-on experience in operations leadership, team building, and donor service excellence.

The program progresses toward Plasma Center Operations Manager, with opportunities to open new centers and lead teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
• Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear

Responsibilities

• Lead the trainee program across BioLife plasma centers.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team, oversee staff planning and recruitment.
• Guide career progression toward Plasma Center Operations Manager.
• Provide operational support and leadership training across locations.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and donor service excellence.
