BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership program that travels to plasma centers nationwide. The path prepares you for an accelerated career, culminating in a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation to BioLife locations.

The program lasts about six months with on-the-job mentorship and a 12‑month runway to advance, plus opportunities to operate new centers and lead high‑volume teams across the country.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training program with 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Team Management: motivate a diverse team, conduct reviews, support development, and staff planning.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager, with opportunities to open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced environment, provide operational support and communicate with senior management.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and assist with production.
