BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a premier leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers nationwide. You will travel extensively, rotate through centers, and aim for accelerated career growth toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program supports relocation and ongoing development, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional experiences across fast-paced plasma collection facilities.

Formación

• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program; you will choose location.
• 3-5 years of experience leading 20+ direct reports.
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring glove wear for most tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expediting training; 12 months to become Plasma Center Manager.
• Team Management: motivate and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, staffing/recruiting support.
• Career Advancement: work toward Plasma Center Operations Manager, with opportunities to open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced team environment, provide operational support and problem-solving.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and support production tasks as needed.
• Travel Opportunities: network with BioLife teams nationwide and return home every other weekend.
