Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven ability to coach & develop directors and leaders.
• Experience aligning daily ops with long-term vision and growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee teams to execute the restaurant vision and strategic direction.
• Lead operational strategies to improve speed, hospitality, and efficiency across departments.
• Monitor labor, guest experience, and financial performance to protect profitability.
