Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a defined area of the business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Work with Interim Managers to ensure staffing levels.
• Be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
• Achieve strategic, annual business results through monthly/quarterly objectives and tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships and treat all employees with respect while giving direction.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
