Chick-fil-A RedBird in Dallas, TX is hiring a Director of Operations to steer restaurant performance across the organization. You will design and oversee teams, implement strategies, and drive excellence in hospitality, throughput, and financial results.

This senior leadership role partners with the Owner/Operator to model servant leadership, build future leaders, and safeguard brand standards while delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and hold accountable department leaders.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking with the ability to align daily operations with long-term growth.
• Experience owning and driving KPIs including sales growth, labor management, food cost, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in one or multiple areas of the business depending on experience and growth.
• Establish systems that create consistency, improve efficiency, and strengthen accountability.
• Monitor throughput, labor deployment, and guest experience in real time.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning.
• Oversee scheduling, labor forecasts, and payroll submissions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate vendor and facilities needs and reporting.
