Job summary

Chick-fil-A Florida is seeking an Operations Director to lead daily restaurant operations, build high-performance teams, and execute the Operator's vision rooted in Chick-fil-A’s values, systems, and culture.

You will drive operational excellence through our CORE 4, Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy, and Food Safety standards, shaping guest experiences that reflect our brand promise and foster leadership development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience REQUIRED.
• Proven success in high-volume operations leadership.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability coaching skills.
• Must be able to work 45-50 hours per week with open availability (Includes occasional Sunday leadership meetings/training sessions)
• ServSafe Certification required (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Drive-Thru, Front of House, and Back of House.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and 80-100+ team members.
• Drive performance through systems, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence in speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Lead labor management, food cost stewardship, and profitability strategies.
• Maintain uncompromising Food Safety standards.
• Support leadership development pathways and training plans.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Willingness to step into operational roles as needed to support the team.
