Devoted to serving local communities where its franchised restaurants operate, Chick-fil-A runs more than 2,300 restaurants nationwide. We are seeking an Operations Director to oversee, maintain and improve systems that drive performance across our restaurants, lead leadership discussions, and coach others.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to manage themselves well and hold others accountable.
• Consistently meets uniform and appearance standards.
• Holds themselves to a level of respect that translates into work, colleagues, and our values of treating others with honor and dignity.
• Able to handle pressure, make quick decisions; a problem solver who adapts.
