Job summary

Chick-fil-A Corsicana seeks a Director of Operations to be the senior operations lead, driving excellence, building leaders, and ensuring consistent performance. The role partners with the Operator to translate vision into daily execution, creating robust systems and leadership depth for smooth operations with or without the Operator.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and aims to deliver exceptional guest and team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage systems, and drive measurable results.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Clear, confident communicator who balances encouragement with accountability.
• Willingness to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays (45+ hours/week).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Directors, Shift Leaders, and Team Leaders.
• Model and reinforce values and leadership expectations at Corsicana.
• Develop bench strength through intentional leadership development and succession planning.
• Own day-to-day operational excellence across all dayparts and systems.
• Drive labor productivity and controllables, food cost, and waste management.
• Track KPIs and provide regular operational updates to leadership.
