Job summary

COR Restaurant Services, LLC, a Chick-fil-A, Inc.-owned entity, seeks a Director to oversee a defined area of restaurant operations. You will lead Team Members and Team Leaders, coaching them to meet daily and monthly targets while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with Interim Managers to maintain staffing, sanitation, and safety, and to drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in customer service or production environments.
• Ability to coach, communicate, and build teams.
• Experience leading in fast-paced restaurant settings.

Responsibilities
