COR Restaurant Services, LLC is hiring a Director to oversee a defined area of the Chick-fil-A operation, driving operational excellence and a positive work culture. You will coach Team Members and Team Leaders, set staffing levels with Interim Managers, and ensure execution of brand standards and promotions.

We value strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to achieving strategic monthly and quarterly goals while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a leader in customer service and/or production environments.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to develop Team Members and Team Leaders’ leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for a defined area of the business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
