Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff in the Florida-anchored region, with remote work options and occasional on-site needs as per policy.

In this senior role you will oversee performance, coaching, process compliance, and client service, manage a book of business, and partner with leadership to drive efficiency and renewal success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards and ensure productivity, quality and service metrics.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff; oversee HR compliance and onboarding.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage workloads to ensure service continuity and client satisfaction.
• Oversee renewal and new business processes; support client renewals and service needs.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems and monitor performance data.
