The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance brokerage or related sales/relationship management, active licensing, and strong analytical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership and day-to-day oversight of Account Management staff.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Maintain service excellence and support staff development.
• Strengthen operational efficiency and manage assigned book of business.
• Lead or support renewal and new business processes.
• Monitor performance data and take action as needed.
