Sompo is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Operations team. The role focuses on conducting operational reviews, quality audits, and strengthening internal controls across insurance segments.
You will analyze data, identify risks, and partner with stakeholders to drive corrective actions and process improvements. The position supports multiple US locations, including Mt Juliet, TN, and surrounding offices.
Qualifications
- Five or more years in insurance operations, underwriting support, quality assurance, audit, controls, or related operational function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with data interpretation and trend identification.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and drive cross-functional improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct operational reviews, quality audits, and control self-assessments across insurance segments to evaluate adherence to policies and internal controls.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Document findings, perform root-cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations for remediation with stakeholders.
