Responsibilities

• Conduct operational reviews, quality audits, and control self-assessments.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and risks.
• Document findings and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Partner with Ops, Underwriting, Tech, and business units to strengthen controls.
• Lead cross-functional enhancements to improve efficiency and risk management.
