Job summary

The role supports claim file administration, documentation, and coverage review, delivering timely service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in claims support or related insurance operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of claim files, including claim setup, documentation, correspondence, and coverage review support.
• Deliver responsive service to Claims professionals, brokers, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Process claim-related transactions, payment requests and administrative activities accurately while maintaining service standards and data integrity.
• Manage competing priorities, proactively identify issues, and help drive timely resolution and delivery of work.
• Maintain accurate claim information across claims management systems and support the timely processing of payments, reserves, and related transactions.
• Collaborate across the Claims organization to support operational objectives, process improvements, and special initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
