You will oversee day-to-day administrative, revenue, and costing functions to ensure timely, accurate customer invoicing and carrier payments across logistics lines.

Responsibilities include resolving billing issues, applying tariff knowledge to maximize revenue, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain data integrity, while exploring process

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; 3-5 years relevant work experience or 7-8 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of account KPIs and transportation modes.
• Ability to resolve billing issues and manage AR/AP errors.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer billing issues and investigate shipments for AR/AP errors.
• Audit revenue and costs and calculate freight charges.
• Coordinate with internal groups to ensure timely information and accuracy.
• Oversee carrier payments and invoicing within the correct accounting period.
• Develop reports and ad hoc analysis for management.
