Job summary

Hub Group is seeking an Invoicing Specialist in Oak Brook, IL to manage end-to-end customer invoicing across multiple lines of business. You will generate invoices via manifests, emails, and portals, and you will support month-end activities while ensuring accuracy of data across systems.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with OTM and/or ERP financial systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills with high energy teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing of multiple lines of business via manifests, manuals, or email/mail.
• Online invoicing through customer portals and web accounts.
• Use of multiple transportation systems along with Oracle-based financial system.
• Run and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT, BI, Collections, and Account Management for new customer billing setups.
• Support month-end close and assist accounting; seek automation opportunities.
• Maintain internal controls and strong Excel, Outlook, and website navigation.
• Duties may change; adapt to new systems and methods.
