NaphCare, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join onsite at our Corporate Headquarters.

You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage tax withholdings and deductions, and maintain strict confidentiality to protect payroll operations. The role requires experience with ADP Workforce Now/WFMgr, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate staff changes and respond to payroll inquiries.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years payroll experience, preferably with ADP.
• Experience in a large company and high-volume payroll processing.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager preferred.

Mansioni

• Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned departments/sites.
• Audit and verify new hires, tax forms, and direct deposits for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect payroll operations.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and provide data using ADP reporting.
• Process staff changes (hires, terminations, pay changes, transfers).
• Backup for coworkers and assist with special projects as needed.
