Responsibilities

• Manage full bi-weekly payroll for ~300 employees.
• Enter and review hours, adjustments, incentives, commissions, tips, and payroll data.
• Process payroll through ADP; reconcile payroll data for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll, salary, and accrual spreadsheets and prepare reports.
• Coordinate payroll updates with Human Resources and handle 401(k) contributions.
• Ensure compliance with wage, benefit, and payroll regulations; seek process improvements.
