Job summary

On Location is seeking a Payroll Administrator to review and process payroll for domestic and international entities. You will collaborate with offshore teams, manage bonuses and equity payments, and maintain payroll interfaces to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Excel, with strong data analysis and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (domestic and international).
• Collaborate with offshore teams to manage payroll tasks.
• Process international payrolls and special requests.
• Maintain interfaces between systems (Workday/ADP) and payroll data.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
