Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a trainer/facilitator to conduct new Team Member orientation at the Monett, MO facility and deliver a range of training programs including Code of Conduct, Animal Well-Being, and forklift safety.

The role supports leadership development and the Upward Academy, collaborating with HR, operations, and hourly Team Members to improve learning outcomes and communication across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional training experience required.
• HR administrative skills preferred.
• Must speak/read/write English effectively to communicate policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experience for Team Members.
• Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed timely and correctly.
• Identify language barriers and arrange interpreters when needed.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
• Serve as backup for Hiring team.
• Other duties as assigned.
