You will ensure operational uptime, reliable IT services, and provide expert support for TSA staff and executives with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Expert-level field support and leadership across multiple OS.
• Advanced mobile device support and desk-side tasks.
• Ability to support TSA airport staff and executives.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance and tickets.
• Knowledge Base articles refinement for process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strategic thinking.
