Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking an experienced IT Support professional for a long-term, 100% onsite contract in Palo Alto, CA. The role covers daily IT and network operations, and on-site L1/L2 user support for office staff.

You will maintain network gear, manage Office 365 and Google Workspace, assist with meeting room and AV support, handle onboarding/offboarding, backups, and basic security. Five+ years of IT experience and bilingual Chinese/Mandarin are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
• Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with SaaS administration including user provisioning and access management.
• Experience managing cloud-based office suites (O365 or Google Workspace).
• Ability to coordinate support for meeting room and AV when appropriate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer service.
• Bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily IT and network operations to ensure stable connectivity.
• On-site IT support for office staff (L1/L2).
• Provision workstation provisioning and account creation/revocation during onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and peripherals; coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor daily data backups and basic security measures (endpoint protection, patching).
• Coordinate with ISPs and external vendors for troubleshooting and procurement.
