Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Office 365 or Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Chinese language strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for office staff.
• Troubleshoot office network infrastructure and VPNs.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor data backups and enforce basic security policies.
