Job summary
iSoftStone, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Bellevue, WA for a 6-month, 100% onsite contract. The role requires permanent US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities include daily IT/network operations, 1/2/3rd line support, asset management, and security/compliance. Strong Windows/macOS, enterprise networking, and cloud platform experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Five+ years hands-on IT support & enterprise desktop experience.
- Expert-level troubleshooting of Windows and macOS.
- Strong enterprise networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with M365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune.
- Active Directory & Group Policy management.
- Fluent English with strong customer service and stakeholder skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize office network infrastructure for high availability.
- Administer Windows Server environments and enterprise cloud services.
- Provide on-site L1/L2/L3 IT support and lead critical incident resolution.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and security permissions.
- Mentor junior IT staff and coordinate with vendors.
- Oversee backup, security, and disaster recovery processes.
