iSoftStone is seeking an experienced IT Support professional in Palo Alto to maintain office network infrastructure, manage basic server environments, and provide on-site L1/L2 technical support for staff.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, vendor coordination, and basic data backup and security. Fluency in English and strong customer service are essential for timely issue resolution in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT Support/Helpdesk experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience managing cloud office suites (O365/Google Workspace).
• Fluent English communication and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily IT & Network Operations: maintain office network infrastructure and VPNs.
• Employee Technical Support (L1/L2) on-site for staff.
• Workstation provisioning and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Inventory management of IT assets, licenses, and peripherals.
• Vendor coordination for troubleshooting, warranty, and procurement.
• Data backup and basic security: monitor backups and patching.
