Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
• Support iOS and Android mobile devices, including device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and replacements.
• Support device provisioning, imaging, deployment, and asset management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, printers, and connectivity.
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Support remote users through remote access and troubleshooting tools.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and technical issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues.
