Job summary

Motion Industries in Atlanta, GA is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site end-user support across Windows and macOS, Office 365, and enterprise services. You will triage, document, and resolve a wide range of issues while delivering high-touch concierge service to executives and staff on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field or certifications.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education/certifications.
• IT Certifications such as A+, Network+, MS-900, Security+ or equivalent.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT support across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Field IT support calls and tickets on site.
• On-site onboarding and related tasks.
• Research, documentation, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Special project assignments and asset management.
• Support network operations and security considerations.
